Job Responsibilities

• Ensure proper compliance as per Bangladesh Income Tax law and VAT Act.
• Preparation of VAT-4.3, 6.1, 6.2, 6.6
• Issuance of VAT-6.3, 6.7, 6.8
• Calculation of VDS & TDS etc. and depositing to the Bank through treasury challan.
• Preparation and submission of VAT Return
• Responsible for all VAT related queries and filings in proper way.
• Ensure monthly proper TDS deduction from Suppliers.
• Providing TDS certificates deducted from suppliers.
• Preparation of monthly proper TDS, Challans on various heads of Income Tax & Deposit so to the Govt. exchequer.
• Keep the management up to-date with all relevant changes in VAT /Tax regulations and their potential impact on the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all fiscal laws including Income Tax, Vat & Company Law.
• Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management time to time.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Master of Commerce (MCom)
• ACA or ICMA
• Skills Required: Excel Expert, Reporting and Documentation, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Tax Law

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Tax Law

Additional Requirements

• Age 28 to 40 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• ACA or ICMA is preferred.
